Kitchen Notes:
Cherry-Almond Roll
Two frozen roll-out pie shells, not in a pie tin.
One 12 oz can of Almond Pie filling
One 12 oz can of Cherry Pie filling
8 Pats of Butter
Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees

Thaw and roll out one pie crust. Using a spoon, scoop out and spread half of the Almond Pie filling on the pie crust, then scoop out half of the Cherry Pie filling and spread it over the Almond filling. Roll the pie crust into a log and place on a lipped cookie sheet. Repeat the process with the other pie shell. Place four pats of butter on each roll and then place in heated oven. Bake for 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool & EAT!
